The Client understands that there will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy, and consideration are expected. All communication shall take place electronically using the messaging functionality of WhatsApp and email.
In no event shall CV Boss be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, incorrect email addresses, internet failures, computer equipment failures, other equipment failures, non-performance of third parties or loadshedding.

Any products or services ordered from CV Boss will only commence once proof of payment has been received and all appropriate information and material has been received from the client.
Payment can be made by EFT and Direct Deposit. Proof of payment must be provided for your order to proceed. We offer no refunds and all fees are non-refundable.

Lead time is currently two to seven working days. Should you require an urgent service, it will be administered at an additional charge, which will be communicated to you.
